A British variety with a moderately long straw and moderate susceptibility to lodging but good resistance to straw breakdown. Susceptible to mildew with good resistance to Septoria spp.. Moderately susceptible to sprouting. Grain of feed quality with good hectolitre weight.

A German variety with moderately short straw, moderate resistance to lodging with good resistance to straw breakdown. Moderately resistant to mildew and Septoria spp.. Good resistance to sprouting. Grain of feed quality with high thousand grain weight and good hectolitre weight. 

A British variety with moderately short straw and good resistance to lodging and very resistant to straw breakdown. Moderately resistant to mildew and moderately susceptible to Septoria spp. Good resistance to sprouting. Grain of moderate bread-making quality but generally not suitable for Irish bread making types.  High thousand grain weight and good hectolitre weight. 

A British variety with very short straw and very good resistance to lodging and moderate resistance to straw breakdown.  Moderately resistant to mildew and susceptible to Septoria spp.  Early maturing variety with good resistance to sprouting.  Grain of good bread-making quality with high hectolitre weight and Hagberg Falling Number.
