About Target Fertilisers

Target Fertilisers is a joint venture company that J Grennan & Sons formed with the Cooney Furlong group of Co. Wexford. It was set up to facilitate the efficient & cost effective importation, manufacturing and marketing of farm fertilisers.

Target has enjoyed phenomenal growth since 1996 and is now one of the leading fertiliser brands on the Irish market. The company has grown to become the third largest fertiliser company in Ireland, capturing 20% of the Irish market in a relatively short period of time. We offer a complete range of top quality fertilisers for both livestock and tillage farms.

Our locations in Ireland, give us very effective and efficient access to both our suppliers and the Irish fertiliser market. The main manufacturing plant is located beside the deep sea port at Belview harbour, just outside Waterford City. This is a prime location because it ensures we can import large cargos & avail of reduced freight costs. We also have two other smaller manufacturing plants at Rath, Birr, Co Offaly & Caim, Co Wexford.

Product Range

We offer a wide range of farm fertilisers which are available in 50kg bags, 500kg bags and in bulk.

We also offer associated technical advice designed to optimize the crop production achieved from our fertilisers. We source only the highest quality raw materials from around the world, and manufacture to strict quality standards because we know quality is essential.

Bulk Spreading

We provide a top class bulk fertiliser spreading service for both grassland and tillage crops. We employ the most modern spreading technologies including GPS to ensure maximum accuracy and spreading efficiency.

Our spreader operators are all highly experienced & daily tray & bulk density tests ensure top class spreading patterns are achieved at all times.
